LCR Electronics, Inc. now offers filters for MIL-STD-461 DC and AC single and three phase applications

Norristown, PA. October 2012 – LCR Electronics, Inc., a leading manufacturer of EMI filters, electronic control products, and backplanes and ruggedized integrated chassis for military, telecommunications and commercial applications, is pleased to announce a new line of filters for MIL-STD-461 DC and AC single and three phase (Delta or Wye) applications.

LCR’s latest filters are designed to mitigate conducted emissions from 10KHZ to 30MHz, while feed through (line to ground) capacitors incorporated in the filters maintain filter attenuation to 1GHZ and above when installed with additional shielding and isolation between input and output terminations.

These filters meet the electrical requirements, including maximum leakage current, specified in MIL-STD-461. Encapsulated assembly and mechanical constructions withstand the stringent environmental requirements and conditions of Navy and Airborne applications. Power line circuit breaker, MOV’s (line to line and line to ground, for surge protection) and military connectors instead of screw terminals can be incorporated into the filter package upon request to comply with any system level I/O connections.

Our latest filters join the nearly 18,000 other cost-effective filter designs constructed over the company’s 25 year history. LCR specializes in developing solutions for our customers’ project-specific applications, as well as getting those designs to market quickly and efficiently.

LCR Electronics is a leading supplier of backplanes, integrated chassis and systems and EMI filters for the military market as well as the consumer, medical, commercial, telecommunication and defense industries.
