Electronic Controls

In addition to Motor Controls, we also design, develop and manufacture Electronic Controls for various applications. We design controls for customers serving both domestic and international markets.

We have experience in designing both DC and AC (single and three phase) Electronic Controls for appliance, food service, industrial and commercial applications.

We design our Electronic Controls to be EMI friendly right from the initial design stage. Once the control design is accomplished, should the customer need, we can test the end product along with our control and design an EMI filter solution, if needed. We also can integrate the EMI filter (RFI filter, EMC filter) into the Control board to insure EMI compliance to relevant regulations.

LCR has manufacturing facilities in the US and China. We have capability for both thru-hole and surface mount Printed Circuit Board assembly. We use our US facility for supporting our military / aerospace and low volume commercial customers and the China facility for manufacturing mid to high volume products for commercial customers.
